“The healing comes from letting there be room for all of this to happen: room for grief, for relief, for misery, for joy.” – Pema Chödrön

Everyone is met with challenges and change at different times in life. Additional support and an outside perspective can make those times easier.

I work with individuals and couples dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, parenthood, relationship challenges and various life transitions. I see people virtually and in person in Madison, Wisconsin.

Therapy is an opportunity to learn more about ourselves in a space that full of compassion and support in a non-judgmental environment.

Maybe you’re here for support and a different perspective on your circumstances. Or maybe you want to understand why you’re struggling more now than you have before, or maybe you want to understand past experiences and relationships, and how they impact who you are today.

Individuals and couples I work with can expect compassion, non-judgment, honesty and an opportunity to gain insight to help them move forward in life. Together, we will work to better understand what’s holding you back from the life you want to live, and develop tangible tools to help navigate challenges.

No matter what brings you to therapy, I will listen with an open and curious mind. I believe it’s important to look at the whole person, including how your mind and body are connected, your strengths and will incorporate my training and experience in mindfulness when it makes sense to do so.

My approach to therapy is to ensure the space feels safe enough to talk about what is most important in the moment.
