Everyone is met with challenges, change and growth at different times in life. At any stage, having additional support can make those times easier.

I believe therapy is an opportunity to learn more about ourselves in order to get closer to becoming our best selves. I encourage you to bring your strengths, fears, hopes and even the unexpected to therapy…a place that is full of compassion and support in a non-judgmental environment.

My approach to therapy is to ensure the space feels safe enough to talk about whatever is important in the moment. What is important to my clients, is important to me. Together, we work to identify general or specific goals to work toward, and help gain insight and tangible tools to use and bring into other parts of life.
